Vagabond Fly Goes Movember With the best possible partners for the job

Let’s take a moment to reflect… bear in mind that most of us fly fisher folk sport grizzly beards & moustaches year round but apart from being called a hipster from time to time, when has your facial hair stood for anything?

Well now is your chance! Now is the time to grow out those measly strands of facial hair and raise some awareness & some money for a global cause.. Movember – in support of Men’s Health.

Bonafide Beards join the game!

What’s more we have the wonderful news that our good mates at Bonafide Beards & Bonafide Motor Co have joined the party. If we could learn a thing or two about beard grooming it would be from the gents at Bonafide! Motorcycle enthusiasts & beards go hand in hand! Respect!

Mentor messages – Throughout the month of Movember, the Bonafide crew will be giving us weekly grooming tips & genuine beard advice. We’ll post it to Facebook with fund raising updates so stay connected.

The challenge

We will challenge individuals to sign up on the Movember Website, join our VagaFide 2016 team & do your bit by posting weekly images of your facial hair for awareness & to raise funds. Accept the challenge, sign up & then challenge someone else. It’s that easy. What’s more, we are arranging some epic prizes to give away at our month end bash at Copperlake Brewing Company.

We will have prizes for those who cant make it on the night but did raise funds & posted beast size facial hair.

The event

Save the date of the 29^th November 2016! Copperlake Brewing Company has graciously offered to host our Movember Awards Event. Vagabond Fly & Bonafide Beards have upped the ante further for the evening by brewing our very own beer, courtesy of Copperlake & designing our own burgers specifically for the night.

Short films, fun, prizes & much happiness will be the order of the day!

The question is: are you in? Oh and by the way, Mo Sisters are more than welcome too! Beer, Beards, Motorcycles & Fly Fishing… does it get any better?
